Order Cut-Off & Processing
Orders received by 4:00 PM EDT are handled on the same day and generally take 1–2 business days to process, Monday to Friday. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Timeframe
Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–4 business days once your order has been shipped. We do not charge anything for shipping.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you’ll get an email containing your tracking code. You can track your order with this code until it gets to your door.
Handling Delays
If delivery takes longer than expected, give it 2 more business days before contacting us. Check your tracking information during this period. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@northernthreadco.com with your order number, and we’ll help resolve it.
Cancelling Orders
If you need to cancel your order, reach out to info@northernthreadco.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before processing begins - when the order is on its way, you'll have to go through the standard return procedure instead.

If you discover a problem when you unpack (damage, wrong size, different item etc.), please take photos of the issue and email them to info@northernthreadco.com. Together, we'll quickly find a suitable solution.
