Sending Something Back

If your order doesn’t work out, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. Please email us first at info@northernthreadco.com, as we can only accept approved returns. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.

Getting Started

Send us your order number along with the reason for the return. Once confirmed, we’ll provide the instructions you need. Please pack the parcel securely - and remember, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds and Swaps

After your package arrives and has been checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, usually within about seven business days. No restocking fees apply. If you’d rather exchange for another item, just mention it in your email and we’ll guide you through the swap.

Cancelling Orders

If you need to cancel your order, reach out to info@northernthreadco.com as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before processing begins - when the order is on its way, you'll have to go through the standard return procedure instead.

Any Issues?

If you discover a problem when you unpack (damage, wrong size, different item etc.), please take photos of the issue and email them to info@northernthreadco.com. Together, we'll quickly find a suitable solution.
